How to book and cancel a tee time
How to book a tee time online
- Go to the Golf booking site.
- Sign in to your Golf profile or create one (see How do I create a Golf profile for instructions).
- Choose your date, time, course and number of players.
- Select an available tee time.
- Review your details and finalize your booking.
- You will receive a confirmation email.
You can view and manage upcoming tee times anytime under "My Reservations" in your account.
How to change or cancel a tee time
More than 24 hours before tee time
You can change or cancel your tee time online up to 24 hours before your scheduled start.
- Go to the Golf booking site.
- Sign in to your Golf profile.
- Select "My Reservations"
- Find your tee time and choose "Edit" to change the number of players or "Cancel" to cancel the booking.
- Confirm your changes.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your update is complete.
Within 24 hours of tee time
For changes or cancellations within 24 hours, call the clubhouse of your course. Phone numbers are included in your confirmation email.
If the clubhouse is closed, leave a message and include your name, course, tee time and booking date.
Tee time booking update
To help manage high demand across multiple courses, tee times are released at different times (see schedule below). We are actively working to improve the booking system. Booking online remains the easiest and most reliable way to secure a tee time.

Tee times become available four days in advance at the following times:

Reservation allowance
Each golfer can book one online tee time per day. At McCall Par 3, golfers may book up to two tee times per day.

Cancellations and no-shows
- Tee time changes or cancellations can be made online at least 24 hours in advance. For changes/cancellations within 24 hours, call the clubhouse.
- Reservations not cancelled or updated prior to 24 hours may be recorded as a no show.
- No-shows are monitored and reviewed to help improve tee time availability and inform future policy improvements.
- Repeat no-shows may result in temporary or permanent booking restrictions.
- A golfer is responsible for all tee times booked under their specific account.
Account verification
Inactive accounts have been removed. Log in to verify your account and update your contact details. If your email is not recognized, create a new account.

How do I create a Golf profile online?
- Go to the Golf booking site.
- Select "Sign in" (top right corner), then choose "Sign up".
- Enter your details and create a password.
- Select "Create account".
You will receive a confirmation email once your account is created. After that, you can book, change or cancel tee times online.
Prefer to register in person? Visit any clubhouse and our staff can help you.
Why are no tee times available?
Our courses are busy, especially during peak times. High demand can mean tee times are fully booked, but availability may change throughout the day as bookings are updated.
The City of Calgary Golf app includes a standby feature that notifies you when a tee time becomes available. When you receive an alert, return to the app to complete your booking. The number of players is currently set to two by default. You will still receive alerts if a foursome becomes available. Updates to this feature are coming soon.
If there are no tee times showing, they may already be fully booked. To confirm, please make sure that:
- A course is selected.
- Your booking date is within four days of the desired tee time.
- You have not reached the daily booking limit (one tee time per day, or two at McCall Par 3).
How do I reset my password?
- Go to password recovery and enter your email.
- Check your email for reset instructions (this may take a few minutes).
- Follow the steps to set a new password.
If your email is linked to more than one golf account, password recovery will not work. Each account must use a unique email address.
How do I update my profile?
- Go to the Golf booking site.
- Sign in to your Golf profile.
- Select your name in the top right corner.
- Choose "Profile".
- Update your information and select "Submit".
How do I book tee times for 20 or more players?
Visit our group booking information for details.
Can I avoid being paired with others?
If your group has less than four players, you may be paired with other golfers. To play privately, you must book and check in with a full foursome.
I registered for a Golf profile at the course, but I can't sign in online.
If you are unable to create a password, your email address may have been entered incorrectly at the clubhouse. Call any golf course clubhouse during operating hours to update your profile.
I'm trying to create a profile, but nothing happens.
An account may already exist with your email address. Call a clubhouse for help accessing your account.
I booked a tee time but didn't get a confirmation email.
Check My reservations in your Golf profile to confirm your booking.
Confirmation emails are sent for all bookings, changes, and cancellations. If you don’t see one, check your junk or spam folder.
